Refund Policy

At DynoTune MP, we stand behind our performance parts, packages, and tuning services. Please review our refund policy below.

Physical Parts and Packages

Unopened, unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Parts that have been installed, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Custom Tuning and Remote Tuning Services

Custom tuning services, including dyno tuning and remote/email tuning, are non-refundable once the tuning process has begun. This includes any time spent creating, revising, or delivering tune files, as well as dyno time reserved for your vehicle.

Installation Labor

Installation labor charges are non-refundable once work has been performed. If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Digital Products

Downloadable tune files and digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Cancellations

Orders for parts may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Custom orders, special-order parts, and tuning services may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred.
